My current flatmate is moving out and I wish to stay in the flat, so looking for his replacement.

Flat is situated in a nice residential area with good bus connections and only 20 minutes walk to West End. Own parking space available as well.

Current rent is £1531,80 shared equally. Other bills (tax band E, energies and broadband) come up around £260 each.

The flat is no smoking, no parties place, so more suitable for professionals, students only if they are willing to pay their share of the tax.

PLEASE NOTE, that this is a joint tenancy contract through DJ Alexander and replacement tenants must meet the following criteria:
