The Murrayfield area is a good, affluent location with wonderful views from the flat. Murrayfield is also well connected, with Haymarket railway station only around 5 minutes away by bus.

We are a couple and use the flat as our second home, living there around half of the time. Most bills are included, except for energy bills, which are capped and can be discussed in person.
