I have a listing on airbnb but have met some great folk last summer letting the room on spare room so putting it back on this year.

The dates I have left are:
26 July - 6 Aug
12 Aug
16 Aug - 20 Aug
25 Aug- 28 Aug
30 Aug - all of Sept.

The flat is a few minutes walk from Murrayfield, or 12 minutes walk to Haymarket/West End. There is a bus stop a few seconds from the front door which has buses every few minutes through town. The tram stop is 8 minutes walk away.

It's a lovely, safe, peaceful neighbourhood with cafes/restaurants and direct access to the Water of Leith (there is a fab walk to Stockbridge along the river which takes around 45 mins - lots of wildlife!).

The room is set up for airbnb so has a comfy double bed with brand-new mattress and a desk to work at. The bathroom is shared with myself but I am out a lot. The room is big, so is suitable for 2 people.

Please note, I have two friendly cats, but they won't be here when I am not staying at the flat. I have a newly renovated kitchen and living room, which you can use and have all the essentials covered.

Weekly price is £1000 p/w or £150 per night. This includes all bills + tourist tax.
