A large double room is available in a 4 bedroom house share 1 min walking to TESCO, close to UNI. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and big garden with a shed to the rear of the property. The house would be suitable for a student or working professional.
The current roommates are the best, we are all like a family here!
It is available from 4th of June 2024, but we could negotiate moving a bit later too.
We are open for short-term rent (summer duration), but also longer.
The room currently has a double-size mattress (because of my preference), but there is a proper single bed waiting to be put on if that is what you prefer.
