A furnished single room in a friendly student house overlooking the garden. We would prefer a female housemate as all the current tenants are women.

Monthly Rent is £460, bills are included (gas, electricity, water, internet)

11 month renewable lease beginning 1st of September 2024, for the start of the 2024-2025 academic year.

Furnished bedroom upstairs, including:
- Single bed
- Wardrobe
- Bedside table with lamp
- Desk with chair

Bathrooms are shared. We have one shower/bath/toilet upstairs and one toilet downstairs. Shared kitchen and lounge downstairs. Washing machine and dryer both free to use. Spacious garden/patio area with space to hang laundry. Street parking available in the area but not included (permit required).

15 minute walk into Colchester town centre, but the house is on a quiet street.
Short journey to Uni by bus, also walkable. Bus stop is a couple of minutes away on foot. Public e-bikes and e-scooters are available in the area.
Aldi, Tesco Express, and Colchester Town Station are under 10 minutes away on foot.
Convenience store, Co-op and Amazon/InPost lockers 2 minute walk away.
