Single room available from 20th June 2025 until the end of September in this student/young professional house-share near the University of Essex, and commutable to ARU Chelmsford.. Would also suit a professional person who would be sharing the council tax with the other tenants. (Student tenants are exempt from council tax.) In addition to a 3ft bed, the room is furnished with a desk, chair, drawers & wardrobe. There is a shared house bathroom with bath, electric shower, toilet & basin.
