hello, this ad has been put up because I have withdrawn from a university and to also withdraw from the accommodation I need a replacement student that wants/needs to live in the area

please note I mean it when I say student, you have to be enrolled in a university to use those accommodation

the time limit is for this school uni year (until July 2024) as that is how long my contract was

please respond if you want to use my placement in the accommodation,

the rent does not include bills cost, as it's fixed, however, you may have to pay more if you leave the accommodation damaged or unclean

please note I am unaware of the 4 other students in the accommodation, as I am unable to have their private details

its a 5 bedroom place and you can look at the details at beyond the boxes website, its the 5 bedroom standard option
