✔️This house is located in a great neighborhood in Colchester. The area has excellent public transport links, with bus stops within a 2-minute walk. If you have a car, there’s plenty of free on-street parking. A bus to the town center takes about 15 minutes, or you can walk in less than half an hour.

There’s a superstore Tesco at the end of the road, a few coffee shops, takeaway food, and a pub, so everything is nearby.

I am looking for someone responsible, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful of others who will pay their rent on time without being reminded and who enjoys living in shared accommodation while still valuing their own private time.

Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves in communal areas so that it’s a nice place to live for everyone.
I know some people want a more social living place, but please remember that this is generally a clean and quiet household.

I am often busy on the computer and keep to myself in my room, but I'd be happy to stop for a chat to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
