Peaceful Loft Double Room with Private En-Suite & Off-Road Parking

We have a lovely spacious double room in our converted loft, which is very peaceful and offers a great sense of privacy and independence from the rest of the house.

The room feels almost self-contained, making it perfect for someone who enjoys having their own space while still being part of a friendly and welcoming home.

The room has its own private en-suite bathroom with a full-size bath with shower, so there are no shared bathroom facilities. Also has built in wardrobe space. Currently has small double bed (can be unfurnished to accommodate your own furnishings)

Off-road parking is also available.

You’ll be living with a very relaxed and accommodating couple in our 40s (no other lodgers) along with our cat and small dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets. 🐾

We’re friendly and easy-going and want whoever moves in to feel completely at home. We’re sociable and always happy to have a chat, but equally respect each other’s privacy and downtime. You can have full use of the large kitchen which has a sofa and TV. We would like to keep the lounge non communal to start with.

We are happy to accommodate you having guests as long as you give us a heads up.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going, and who would appreciate a peaceful, comfortable home rather than a busy house share.
