I’m a 37-year-old professional working regular office hours. During the week, I’m pretty low-key, but I enjoy socializing on the weekends. Clean and respectful of shared spaces. Looking for a flatmate who’s friendly, responsible, and has a similar lifestyle.

I have 6 y/o boy staying with me few days weekly.
I am into football, watching games and sometime play with Nintendo Switch or PS5 ..
also watching Netflix.

The house is based on first floor and the bedroom is on the top floor (very quiet and spacious) with skylight window and is fully furnished.

The area is very safe and neighbours are quiet. Free parking space. Nearby David Lloyd’s gym club. High road with grocery’s Morrisons, Sainsburys, Marks n Spencer .. cafes, Gail..
Huge park with lake 10 min walk from the house.. ideal for a nice walk..
Loughton station. 7 min walk & bus stop right on the left road of the house.

Bills includes, broadband, water council tax, electricity and gas as well but if you take advantage then we need to share some 😉 also no tv licence included.

The kitchen includes dishwasher washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and dining table.

The common area has all ready all the furniture so no need anything else.

I am looking for a female flatmate aged between 25/40 y/o very clean and respectful with communal areas.
