I am ideally looking for a female renter, who is willing to live amongst a family. Privacy will be strictly enforced and the room has its own lock. Full use of kitchen, lounge and garden facilities is permissible and bills are included in the monthly rent. The house is kept very tidy and has heating and AC in every room which you are welcome to use. The house is no more than a 5 minute walk from Loughton Station which is part of the central line so can have easy access to central London. Nearby high street and supermarkets are all within a 10 minute walk. Free parking is available at the house if required.

Room is fully furnished with a sofa, bed, cupboards and a desk.

Looking for either a professional or student who requires a quiet and clean living space.
