I own and live in the property and am looking for a female lodger to move in to my spare double room. I am looking for a lodger who will respect my home and clean up after themselves.. All communal areas of the house are welcome to be used.

The double room comes furnished with a divan bed, mattress, chest of drawers, mirror and rail (desk can be provided if needed) Lovely light room and good size. On street parking permit is available at £30 per year.

The house is clean, tidy and spacious and all bills are included, council tax band B.
