This is an En Suite room located in the Depot, right in the centre of Exeter. The room consists of a double bed, desk, cupboard and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Inside the depot you have access to a free gym and communal area. The kitchen is communal with plenty of space to cook and fridge space. I am looking for someone from the 8th of July up until the 29th of August. The room will be completely empty aside from furniture and you will need to bring your own bedding.
It's a lovely modern room, perfectly central, with a Coop on the corner of the building. There are 10 others in the flat however, most of them will not be here over the summer. It is a very quiet flat and not everyone uses the kitchen so generally there is no one in there.
