This characterful house in popular Priory Road is a 15-minute stroll to Campus and town. There's a Park at the end of the road, and a mix of students and family neighbours.

Loads of stripped wood and lovely original features, but also Gas Central Heating and cavity wall insulation to keep it comfortable.

Nicely decorated, it has a proper separate lounge with "squishy" sofas, a dining room, and a Howdens quality kitchen – plenty of communal space.

Bathroom with bath and Mira shower over.

All bedrooms have double beds.

There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, 2 fridge freezers, etc.

£129 ppp week plus utilities

You will be encouraged to meet with the other residents to establish if you feel a good match with each other, before making any decision.
