The house is located in the Mount Pleasant district and is ideal for the University's Streatham and St Lukes Campuses and the Medical School.

There is "on street parking" at the front of the house.
It is regulated with Residents Parking Permits at £35 per year. 2 permits are available for each property.

It has 5 Study/Double Bedrooms, a large Kitchen/Diner with a sofa and small communal area to spend time together, Bathroom, Shower Room, Rear Garden with Lockable Bike Store.
