This is a furnished sunny double room in a professional family home. The room is bright, east facing and has a bed, chest of drawers plenty of space to hang clothes, and a small desk. It is clean and tidy. Bills are included but not your food/phone. You will be sharing with myself and usually another female lodger.
I’m a vegetarian but don’t mind if you are not( so long as you are thoughtful about your cooking).
We are a no smoking house.
We also have a Labrador dog !
We are thoughtful about our Eco credentials and hope to live with someone who shares those; ie , re-cycles things etc..
The house is a good size and has had some recent renovations and so we think it is a nice space to live in. We are close to the city center, and are easily accessible for both university campus'.This would suit a post-grad student, or a lecturer, females only please - sorry no couples.
We are a quiet relaxed kind of house, who value respecting one another privacy and space.
