Double room with double bed and wardrobe in a friendly home, I will not reside there - just occasional visit to collect items from other room.
Short stay only as selling. The rent is inclusive of all bills: Desk available for your use and monitor but there is no wifi so you will need to use your mobile hotspot.
Single occupancy: £165 per week as it includes heating.
Couples can stay but small room.

Located in a quiet side street its a short walk to river Exe and quayside (15mins walk) and City Centre is 25mins walk.

- Some bedding and towels provided, but if longer than 1 wk you need your own.
- Kitchen equipment and utensils available to use.
- free parking outside the flat.

No guests allowed Im afraid. Some house viewings will be happening but will consult with you.
