Well located in sought after St Thomas area of Exeter - very close to the Quay and 10-15 minute walk into city centre.

I am looking for a professional or PhD student to live with me who is quiet between 10pm and 7am.

I am a 37-year-old college teacher and live-in landlord. I have three cats and I love gardening and nature and appreciate living in a relaxed, quiet house.

All bills are included in the price. I do not allow guests and the letting is for sole use of the ensuite bedroom and shared use of the kitchen/diner only. The other rooms are not shared. There is a shed for bikes/some storage. The rental includes use of the fridge, washing machine, and wi-fi.

The notice period is 30 days. A contract will be provided and references will be required.
