I am a pretty active 70 year old who enjoys walking, art, reading , nature and socialising with friends. I like cooking especially for family and friends and travelling.
I am a retired physio.
This area is convenient for the M5 /A30, Exeter St David’s and St Thomas train stations and is within easy walking distance of town and St Thomas.
There are regular bus services nearby and many amenities to use ….Marsh Barton Industrial park is nearby and I have a beautiful park near my house….good for runners/joggers. Also Riverside swimming pool and gym is up the road within easy walking distance.
My house is a quiet, Edwardian terraced house…there is parking on the road.
I have a small dog who is very quiet and loves people! She is 11 so not that boisterous!
I have 2 fairly active grandkids, 11 and 9 ….they’re not usually here in the evenings though …I love their company but when they’re here it is not that quiet!
I prefer Monday to Friday lets but will accept 7 days a week too.
