Each room - bedroom, open plan kitchen/living room and bathroom (with bathtub) - has a large window that lets in natural light, with the summery garden visible from the bedroom and living room. The courtyard opens onto leafy Bartholomew Terrace, but the flat itself feels peaceful and tucked away from the noise of the city centre - despite being just 5 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral, 6 minutes from the Quayside by the River Exe, and just off Fore Street.

I’ve loved living here for the past two years while finishing my PhD, and I’m now away for the summer, so I’d love to offer the space to someone looking for a calm, comfortable base in Exeter.

I have an electric standing desk with a dual-monitor setup and ergonomic chair, which you’d be welcome to use during your stay. It’s an ideal space for homeworking, writing, or studying.

You’d also be welcome to browse the book collection. If you’re interested in psychology, psychedelic research, myths, or philosophy, there may be something that piques your interest. The reading armchair is a lovely spot to settle in.
