Hi! I’m currently looking for a housemate to share my Victorian terrace house in St Thomas. It’s really important to me that I find a housemate who I’ll get on well with, who will be clean and tidy as well as help to create a warm, bubbly, fun and happy home atmosphere. I’m hoping to find someone who will stay here medium to long term.

I’m a really happy and friendly person. I’m content chattering away to my housemates, but equally appreciate the value of a quiet evening after a busy day. I live here with my little poodle (who doesn’t malt) who’s also very friendly. I work full time at the hospital and in my spare time enjoy walks with my dog, running with friends or DIY around the house.

The house is a Victorian terrace house located in a quiet street, very near to Cowick Barton playing fields. It’s a tidy, cosy home with a courtyard garden. Lots of on street parking along with a car park down at the park. Shared bathroom and kitchen. The quay is about 10-15 mins walk and town is about 15-20mins away.

The room is a peaceful furnished double room on the first floor. There’s also a bathroom and laundry room on the first floor. A shared dining/sitting room area and kitchen are on the ground floor. Bills are included and I’ll organise a lodgers agreement that we’ll both sign at the start of the tenancy.
