Lovely light and airy large double room available in very spacious, homely and chilled house. Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, tv cabinet & occasional chair.

Live in landlord who is 39 and very sociable and a 55 year old Ugandan doctor who keeps himself to himself and I rarely see.

House has two lounges one of which you can have your own use of if you wish and a large conservatory with bar area and seating which is lovely to work in when the weather is sunny. Has a huge kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and washer. Two bathrooms and a huge garden with a shed for storage, hot tub, bbq and seating which is great in summer.

There is also a small office space in the hallway for everybody’s use.

House includes high speed Internet and there is Netflix and Amazon prime on all the tvs and Amazon echos in the living spaces.

Generally we are very quiet and keep ourselves to ourselves but we will have drinks every now and again when it takes our fancy. We both love cooking and will often cook for each other.

House is five mins walk from town and the hospital and two minutes wander down to Magdalen road with its cafes bars and restaurants.

There is parking on the drive for a car and a covered secure alley for bikes etc.

This is a very relaxed household, come and go as you please and make yourself at home.
