Double room available in a quiet, well-kept home with live-in landlord. Suitable for a professional or mature student looking for a calm and respectful living environment.

The room is furnished and ready to move into. Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, and living space. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet room. Happy to discuss if you need other furnishings (I will get a long mirror, and put up a rail in the wardrobe, for example).

Rent includes all bills (electricity, water, council tax, fibre broadband).

Looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy-going.

Short stays preferred, but longer stays may be considered depending on circumstances.

Current household: myself (live-in landlord) and occasional short-term homestay guests (registered arrangement for language students). I have one student staying for 19 days in May, hence the '2 people' count.
