I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving house. It’s likely to be available in early November, although the exact date depends on my house purchase completing.

The house is on Polsloe Road, just behind Waitrose and a short walk from the RDUH and St Luke’s campus. You’d be sharing with a physiotherapist and a GP.

The room has access to a shared Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom with lockable doors. There’s also a shared living room, kitchen and garden.

Rent is £533 per month, excluding bills. It would be particularly well suited to a postgraduate or healthcare student.
