Hi my name is Ria and I own a cute cosy sunny flat on the iron bridge.

I am letting out a small double room, containing a bed frame and mattress but no other furniture included. I will be repainting the room white so it will be nice and fresh and I am happy to install shelves etc at request to make it homely. The room has a lock from the inside. Light green blinds which are thermal/blackout and new stone coloured carpet.

The flat has a large open plan living area and kitchen/dining area. I am currently decorating/updating the kitchen and bathroom so the whole flat is in a lovely state. The sofa is a sofa bed for guests and I also have a desk area for shared use if needed. I have modern washing machine and large fridge freezer, Toaster/kettle etc The flat also has new modern electric heating.

The flat is right in the middle of town on iron bridge, quick walk to the university and all train stations.

I am looking for a vegetarian flatmate only. I am open to pets. LGBT friendly household as I am gay myself.

I am very friendly and social and open minded. I like going to the pub for a pint but I also love hiking/gym/cooking/crafts and also appreciate my own space in my room. I work at the university and I do shift work.
