I have a mid terrace victorian house in Heavitree on a quiet dead end road.
My daughter who is 12 lives with me 50% of the time.
We love dogs, but don't have time to have our own, so dogs are welcome (they have to be interviewed too!)
The room is a comfortable double and we have a shared family size bathroom. The living room has a wood stove and the garden is a sunny and welcoming space.
Our house backs onto a primary school, so there is the sound of children playing during the day, but it is very quiet at night.
