Beautiful bedroom (3.4m x 2.9m) available in a comfy and warm, 3 bedroom Edwardian house in a really great location. We’re on a quiet cul-de-sac, very near Streatham campus, the Imperial, St David’s train station, the Londis corner shop and the river. Also just 1/2 mile from Central station and then the High St.

The characterful room has a high ceiling, picture rail and (unusable) Edwardian fire place, double bed, blackout blinds, lamps, bed side table, large IKEA wardrobe, desk, 2 chairs, Edwardian cupboard and under stairs storage.


The downside is that the (mirrored glass for privacy) window is internal. So there is no direct window to the garden. However this makes it a lovely warm room in winter and a cool room in a heatwave.
We have vehicle parking permits available, two kitchens, two bathrooms, 2 living rooms with digital TVs, washing machine, tumble drier and small gardens with a cross trainer in the lean too.

The landlady lives upstairs with her own kitchen/ living room, while both lodgers share the ground floor with one of the bathrooms, kitchen and a small living room containing breakfast bar, arm chairs and TV.
