Hello, we are four friendly housemates looking for someone to join us in our home. As a household we require someone that is friendly, clean, and relatively easy going.
The house is located in St Thomas in Exeter, just a 15 minute walk from the Quay and roughly a 20 minute walk into town. Garden space and garage available for everyone to use.
We also have a 4 month old indoor kitten in the house who is very friendly and loves to play. She loves people and the attention so ideally would be looking for someone who likes cats to join our house.
