We are looking for a professional lodger to share our lovely house.
The room is generously sized and newly furnished, including a TV. It is quiet and warm, tucked away on the second floor of the house.
We are within walking distance of the centre of Exeter (10 mins), and the RD&E (15 mins).
We have a shared family bathroom and separate toilet. As well as a kitchen and dining room. The garden is south facing with a lawn and a furnished patio.
We have rear access and a good sized secure shed so perfect for someone who owns/rides a bike.
We also have a dog, so would prefer a lodger that is comfortable around dogs.
