Hi, I'm looking for a housemate to share my home with in the Newtown area of Exeter.

The room available is a double with ensuite. There is a shared open plan kitchen living area and a small courtyard. On street parking is available via purchase of a parking permit from the council. All bills are included (gas/electric, water, council tax and broadband).

Newtown is a quiet residential area close to the city centre. 5-10 minute walk to Sidwell point leisure centre, bus station and St James Park train station, The house is also walking distance of both the hospital and university.

I'm looking for a housemate who is similar in nature and possibly share the odd meal/cuppa/wine with. I work mon-fri at the hospital and enjoy coming home to a homely, relaxing and clean home. I'm in my 30s and in my spare time enjoy yoga, walking, cooking, dance, seeing friends etc.
