I am a 46 year old teacher and currently live in Spain. I come back to stay in the house one or two weekends per month during term time and during the school holidays. When I am at the house, my 8 year old daughter may also stay and share my bedroom with me, which is located on the 3rd floor.

The 2 bedrooms for rent are together on the second floor, along with the bathroom and office. On the ground floor is an open plan living and dining area, a kitchen and a toilet.

The property is in the city centre, close to the high street, university and hospital. There is a back garden, and permit parking is available on the quiet road outside the house.

The house is fully furnished, with broadband. The smaller bedroom will be furnished with a double bed if required, and I can also change the colour of the walls and the furniture to suit the occupant.

Currently, a family is renting out the entire house; their tenancy is due to finish at the end of March, so I am looking to rent the two bedrooms from April onwards.

I am not looking for anyone in particular, as long as you don't mind a child occasionally being around, and you are respectful of other people living in the house.
