The flat is located opposite Exeter St David's station, is a 15 minute walk from the campus forum and 20 minutes from Exeter high street. We are four first-year going into second year students in need of two flatmates. We are all male, enjoy going out and all play five-a-side football with the Uni on Sundays. We take a range of courses including English, Engineering and Business.
We are all very sociable and easy going however, we all wish to succeed in Uni and have a good work/play balance.
Rent is payed on a termly basis in three separate chunks.
