All the tenants go to the University of Exeter. We're searching for one more person and are looking mainly for students. We have a house secured already with the deposit paid.

The house is completely furnished. All rooms have a double bed with storage and a desk. There are two bathrooms, a spacious lounge with a TV, modern designed kitchen with a dining table, fully fledged utility room, small garden/patio and is extremely close both to the Uni itself (10 minute walk) and town centre (15 minute walk).

Who are we looking for?:
Just someone easy-going, nice to be around, tidy and respectful

What can you expect from us?:
We really are all really chilled and easy to get along with. We enjoy sport, going out and having a laugh and aren't strictly looking for someone with the same interests. You can expect us to be tidy and respectful towards you no matter your hobbies, beliefs and interests.

Please bear in mind that there were five girls currently living there at the time we took the photos so it wasn't necessarily clean or decorated the way we would have it but they let you get a good idea. The room I have included in the photos is all of the same room and is the one you would have (but obviously it's currently a girls one) and I can assure you they are mostly the same layout with a double bed, desk, wardrobe etc with a bathroom virtually next door
