Thank you for your interest in our room to rent. We have uploaded a plan of the property with the photos, the bedroom to let is bedroom 2 and is available from early January 2021.

A bit about our house:
-Plenty of space to store a bike/outdoor equipment in the shed in the garden, and a driveway if you have a car
-Price is £450 per month and this includes all bills, council tax, wifi etc.
-Double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers but if you need a desk we can move stuff around or take furniture away if you want to get something else.
-There is one shared bathroom with a bath and shower, plus another downstairs toilet.
- It's about 25 minutes walk to the city centre, 5-10 minutes walk to the St Thomas precinct which has a few shops, cafes, pubs, hair salons etc.
-20 minutes walk to Exeter Quay with lots of bars and restaurants plus kayak rentals etc.
-It's very close to the Exe Cycle route which takes you down to Exmouth
-10 minute walk to St Thomas train station, 25 minutes walk to St Davids train station (main station)

The house is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. We also have a cat and would consider other pets subject to successful introductions..

A bit about us:

-We both work full time, at the moment a mixture of WFH and at the office
-We love to surf, travel, go camping and see live music (it has not been a great 2020 for these activities but we've managed!).
