Looking for a new house mate to join myself, my 2 current housemates, and my 2 rescue dogs. I’m a 26-year-old forensic psychology student, and I also work as a support worker and at my café below the flat. Because I’m fairly busy, I really appreciate coming home to somewhere clean and quiet.

I’m also vegan, so fellow vegans are very welcome, but absolutely no judgement if you’re not.

We share a kitchen/living area and a small utility room, which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, printer, and an extra toilet.

The flat is in a really convenient location - close to the RD&E, Exeter University, the city centre, and well-connected by public transport. There’s no garden, but Belmont Park and Heavitree Park are both nearby, so there are nice outdoor spaces around.

Parking is on-road and a permit is available.
