Situated just around the corner from Belmont Park and conveniently close to the city center, the location offers easy access to Streatham Campus, St. Luke's Medical School, and various amenities including Waitrose supermarket, Odeon and Vue cinemas, Sidwell Street, the main bus station, as well as numerous bars, takeaways, and Princesshay.

The available room consists of one double bed, a wardrobe, desk, and ample storage space (including plenty of room for studying).
Additionally, the house features a spacious communal kitchen/diner and living room, complete with a television for shared gatherings. Two shower rooms are available, along with a conservatory/utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house will be ready for occupancy from April 1st 2024 (for anyone wanting to move in before next year).

The rent is £630 pm, but includes all bills (gas, heating, broadband, and a TV license).

Currenty, the house house is shared (via a joint tenancy agreement) with 1 PhD student and 3 international masters students.

Our landlord is a member of the National Landlords Association and resides locally. She is known for her professionalism, kindness, and integrity. Last summer, the kitchen underwent renovations, including a new countertop, cooking hub, and sink. Additionally, a new boiler and microwave were installed, and the entire house received new carpet flooring, adding to its comfort and appeal.
