V large kitchen with range cooker American style fridge/freezer, Utility room w/machine, micro, small court yard garden. Garden is decked and has furniture/bbq. I'm easy going and into sailing, surfing, running, rugby, food..

Bedrooms located on the 1st floor. Bathroom, shower in bath and separate cloakroom to share with other tenant. Also a ground floor shower/toilet.
I have my bedroom /snug/bathroom on the 2nd floor.
Looking for someone friendly that can respect others with regard to noise and tidiness and maybe have a chat over a cuppa.
