Hi I have 3 rooms to rent out in my 4 bed semi. It says I'm a live in landlord the truth is I will be moving away and only come down when the hedge and garden need sorting hence I will leave a room free for that time. It has a shared lounge, kitchen dinner with built in dishwasher fridge freezer hob and double oven, there is a convection oven / microwave and an air fryer. It also has a conservatory with a treadmill rowing machine and weight's bench, also downstairs is a wet room and my bed. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a big single room enough for a small double bed. There is a large size bathroom with bath and shower. Outside you will find a shed which has a washing machine and tumble dryer and also another large fridge freezer. This house would suit students, workers, friends and maybe a small family looking to buy a house nearby. Im happy with letting to couples but the rent would have to be negotiated. Some rooms still need a bed or wardrobe but that will be sorted once you have viewed and placed a deposit. Thank you for looking
