I am looking for a lodger for my spare double room. Amenities include:
Parking, WiFi, washing machine, bills included, garden, room fully furnished if required.

I am a live in landlord and will only be selecting someone I think I will get on with.

My house is quiet, relaxing and in a great location near the quay in Exeter in St Leonards and a 10 minute walk into the high street.

I work in private mental health care and am a yoga teacher. I have interests in theatre, spirituality, yoga, meditation, board games, socialising, cinema, festivals, gaming, walking, nature.

If you drink and party to excess then this isn’t the house for you.

I also have a very amazing Labrador, so you would need to be comfortable with dogs.

-There is room for 1 person only - No couples I’m afraid
- I will not be selecting someone that needs to work from home on a full time basis.
- I invite tolerate, kind and respectful people only.

I am open to Monday to Friday type lets, and would probably charge around £450 for this.
