Hello,
I’m a current phd student looking for a new flatmate for a two bedroom near quayside. The flat is a 15 minute walk from St Lukes (45 mins to streatham) and about 25 minutes to the high street. There’s an M&S and Aldi around 20 mins away.

The house is fully furnished and has a large living room and kitchen with all the appliances. The bedroom on offer has a double bed, drawer, a clothing rail and there is more storage in the hallway for any coats/luggage etc. We have desks in the living room as well as a TV and dining table.

Looking for another student preferably phd/graduate, to start in August or September (can be flexible). I’m big on books and movies and would like to be friendly while respecting each other’s space and privacy.

The rent is £625 a month, and bills are around £100. There is also a deposit of £600.
