I'm Julie, 57 year old female and I'm live in landlord for the room advertised, I have a small breed older dog who thinks everyone is her friend 😊
I work full time, shift work as a support worker for visually impaired young adults. I've 4 children & 10 grandchildren, all living in there own homes 😅 I do have an occasional visit so be prepared you may hear a little one around, I will always give notice if I'm having family around for food.
The house is generally quiet and I'm always super busy so you may not see me for a day or two. Equally if your into late nights out & partying it's probably not the space for you.
The property is a 4 bed semi in a nice quiet area, 20 minutes walk to the city centre with local rain & bus service that run regularly, property is EX12UB, parking in front drive is available.
I'm generally a friendly chilled & relaxed person and have had some great lodgers over the years, longest staying with me for 5 years.
The house is no smoking indoors but you can smoke in the garden if need be.
The house may have changed a little from the photos as it's ever evolving and for the last 2 years I've had my daughter here with my youngest grandchild(she is currently moving out) hence me advertising.
