Beautiful, light, spacious double room near Exeter City Centre (next to Southernhay), 5 mins walk to city centre and 5 minutes walk to the quay.

Flat is on the top floor of the building, has a great sized lounge and living area, bright kitchen with a lot of storage and countertop space, use of a washing machine/dryer, full fridge/freezer and full bathroom with bath. The flat is very quiet and well insulated. Huge wardrobe in the bedroom with ample storage space too.

You’ll be sharing with Daisy (30), who works as a nanny. The flat is quiet and relaxed rather than a party household.

Parking space is shared between the two tenants but the current tenant doesn't drive so this would be yours to use and is included in the rent and tenancy agreement.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished, I would be happy to sell some of the items on to you if required (e. g. bed frame, desk). Alternatively they can be removed on request :)

Prospective tenant would be taking over my space on the letting agreement, which is a joint tenancy agreement, from now until 30th June (approx 2 months), after which it becomes monthly rolling.

Bills are not included in the rent, and are all split equally between the two tenants which currently works out at approx 700 pcm all in (rent, council tax [band B], gas, electric, water, WiFi) which is really good value for the space and location!

I have some flexibility with the move in date but at/near the end of April/start of May would be ideal.
