You will be living in my flat, i'm a mature female student studying fine art. The flat is handy for Glasgow University. The flat is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a beautiful red sandstone tenement building.
The cosy bedroom with double size bed has double glazing and central heating. Also has free high speed Wi-Fi and a desk and chair for study. Also 2 sets of shelves in the room. The room is ready to move into, with fresh bedding and a comfortable hotel feel to the room. The room has access to a dining area in hall, off the kitchen, with breakfast table and 2 chairs. The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect: cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and use of any pots/pans/plates etc that you might require and a washing machine. You would have a kitchen cupboard for your personal use, and space in the fridge and freezer for your food stuffs. The bathroom has a shower and bath as well as the toilet. I am away from the flat often, so you will have the flat to yourself a lot of the time. I would be happy to introduce you to people and show you around, if you don't know the area. Broadband and central heating are included. 2 weeks to up to 3 month stays are available. Everything has been cleaned and disinfected in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines.
