Hi there! I'm Jesse, a 20-year-old student but also a full-time video editor. I'm in need of a new roommate as my current one is moving out soon. If you're looking for a conveniently located place that's still a great and comfortable place to live, you'll love this:

A bit more about me - like I said I edit videos and work from home, so I would be happy to take on more of the bills than whoever I am living with. I also am providing the Broadband with BT which is MEGA fast, so you'll have no problems on that front. (1000 mbsp download speed and at like 150 mbsp upload speed for those interested) I've worked with people like Jack Black and MrBeast so this kind of speed is a requirement for me. If any of that sounds cool to you I'm so down to chat about it I love that stuff, but not a requirement obviously.
