About the flat:
- 3rd floor flat in the Thornwood area
- Council tax band: C
- 12ish minute walk to Partick Station (buses, subway, trains)
- 5 minutes to Crow Road retail park (Sainsbury’s, Boots, Superdrug, M&S Foodhall). Nice cafes and restaurants nearby!
- Good bus connections: 5 minutes walk to stops for the 2, 3, 4, 8, 16 and 77.
- Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, cooker. No dryer but a laundromat nearby.
- The front door and porch door have locks, and the bathroom door has a latch. No locks on the doors inside the flat though.
- Pet friendly, but landlord would appreciate running it by him first!
- Non-HMO. There are theoretically two bedrooms available, if you’re a household of two - then the rent would be lower.
- Bills not included in rent, but generally <£20.
- A lawn behind the block of flats that’s for common use.
- No TV presently

- Partly furnished - there's a bed, two dressers, and an inbuilt wardrobe in the bedroom.

About me:
- Conversationalist and crafter. Earnest, openhearted and accepting.
- Nicotine free, effectively alcohol free.
- Don’t tend to cook meat, but not a vegetarian currently.
- Clean up after myself in shared areas (own room is often chaos).
- Not currently comfortable cooking for others, need to build confidence :(
- Night owl tendencies, but do my best to be quiet and I’m not one for nightlife or loud music, so things are peaceful :)
