Urgently require another tenant for a roomy Patrick flat located 4 minutes walk away from the Partick Subway and Train station, as well as Dumbarton Road.
Rent is £1500 a month excluding council tax (D-Band) and utilities. Rent would be split with myself paying 1/3rd and the new tenant 2/3rd with some wiggle room with the splitting of rent. For this price you would get a sizable furnished bedroom facing the street with a desk, walk in closet and a separate room facing the railway you could use as an at home office or to suit your needs. As well as shared common areas like the bathroom, kitchen and living room. The back facing room will have the bed removed and made available to be used as needed as it is a non-HMO flat.
It is a second floor flat with no lift or access besides the stairs, apologies for the inconvenience. Bathroom does not have bars with those who need them nor has the flat been adjust for those with mobility issues.
The letting agency accepts people on income benefits and below I will attach some pictures to get an idea on the space and state of the flat.
You would be sharing the flat with me, a 26-year old transgender woman who has lived there for 5 years, so if anything is unclear I am likely able to advice or assist. I generally keep to myself but like to match the energy with my flatmate where possible. I do eat meat but can provide separate cutlery, pans and storage of said items if it is an issue.
