This large double room in Maryhill is both spacious and warm throughout the year. The room has a large closet, a desk, a dresser, and two large windows with blackout curtains.

The common spaces: The kitchen has lots of counter space and almost every appliance you could think of! The living room is medium sized with a lovely amount of natural light, as well as a small balcony overlooking the neighbourhood square.

The flat is conveniently located right next to the big Tesco Extra and a 20 minute walk from West End Botanic Gardens! There are many bus stops that surround this area that can take you anywhere from east to west Glasgow.
If you're willing to walk 15-25 minutes, you will also have access to trains and subway stations (Hillhead, Kelvinbridge). The surrounding area has a lot of greenery/parks. In 5 minutes you could walk to the Maryhill Lochs or in 10 minutes, Kelvingrove.

You’d be living with a couple, AJ & Valeria, and a very cute cat named Stella. AJ is a non-binary Videographer, and Valeria studies sculpture at art school. We are looking for someone chilled, clean and respectful to both us and the space. Preferably vegetarian but not required!

We play music and make art in the living room- we sometimes dance a little or play games with friends. We operate in a pretty independent way in terms of household supplies but being able to pool resources is always helpful!

You would be living with queer, poc people so ignorance is NOT tolerated.

The lease is for 4.5 months with option to extend.
