Hi, I am a rising 2nd year vet student looking for a new flatmate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, smoke-free flat with. No pets allowed.

Anniesland, 12-15 mins from the Vet School, a quiet, friendly neighborhood, plenty of street parking. Morrison's, Lidl, and a gym 5 min walk, Aldi and M&S 10 min walk. Very good transport links: Anniesland Train Station 10 min walk, 6/6A/15 buses right around the corner.

The room was originally unfurnished, but the current tenant is willing to sell all the bedroom furniture at a discounted rate. The flat is equipped with a washing machine. No dryer or dishwasher. There is a back garden shared among everyone. Lovely neighbours.

If the tenant is a student they are required to have a UK based guarantor (unfortunately the uni won't be accepted as a guarantor).
