The flat is a 4 bed without living room. You will be sharing with 3 other flatmates who are a mix of undergrad and postgrad students at GCU and UofG. It's on the 2nd floor in a tenement flat, so it's quite spacious, but there is no lift access. Kitchen is a decent size with 2 fridges and it is fully equipped, there is a storage room as well.

The location has plenty of small businesses around, including takeaways, corner shops, hairdressers, gym etc and is perfect for commuting as the bus stop is right in front of the flat and subway is just 3 min walk away.

The room is available immediately.
