We are a group of two male medical students and one newly graduated professional (non-binary) hoping to work in film. Looking for a fourth member to join our flat, ideally a second professional for council tax purposes but open to students potentially also.

We have a beautiful Edwardian (I think?) flat located in the west end, a few minutes walk from Glasgow University Campus and Kelvingrove park with bars, restaurants and the subway on our doorstep. Ideal for commuting to work. The room is a cozy double with large windows that gets lots of sun in the summer. There is a one bathroom with both bath and shower

Open to all genders/sexualities, LGBTQ+ friendly flat. We are a quiet day to day but have a wide social life/social group and enjoy playing games (if you play Smash Bros you’re in) and watching films.

Rent has just been increased so ought not to go up again anytime soon making that room very affordable for its location. It will be £500 a month (not including bills/Wi-Fi).
The address is flat 3/2, 97 Otago street.

There is even a shared garden!
